About: Community Nursing Services / Evening and Nights (South-wide)

(as the patient),

I have been having visits from Bev  and she is such a lovely, caring person. I had a nasty fall and ended up with a pelvic fracture. She has been coming about three weeks, maybe longer and doing exercises with me. I am back on my feet now but will continue with the exercises. I just wanted to say thank you very much.
