What I liked

After reading a previous comment I was reluctent to telephone the hostpitial to enquire about my sister who is a patient on the Henry Tudor ward.

I was greeted with a pleasent receptionist who put me through immeadiatly, the staff on the ward were just as pleasent and agreed to pass my message on to my sister.

I would like to take this oppotunity to thank all the staff for the excellent care my sister is recieving at St Mark's.
