I arrived at A&E with severe abdominal pain and I was very impressed with the organisation of getting tests done and determine what was wrong. Every single nurse, doctor, surgeon and additional staff such as cleaners were so friendly and helpful. Whilst this was going on my partner changed our baby in the baby change unit and said it was the cleanest one she has seen. I ended up needing an operation that day which they managed to squeeze in, and again my after care was equally as personable and lovely. In particular my surgeon, Akruti, was excellent throughout. It was a very painful experience transferred into a painless resolution.
