I eventually spoke to someone. My concerns were listened to - I hope they have been taken on board so that other people are not made to feel the way that I do.

Everyone in my city is forced to go through this company to access mental health support even if the service is not suitable for them. I have now been referred on but my trust in the profession is now low, and due to the wait and the extra stress, I'm in a far worse place and probably beyond help now.
