Had an early morning appointment. From arrival I was made very welcome. Lovely receptionist. Every nurse was kind and welcoming. No hanging around and a fast and virtually pain free experience. They made sure sedation was enough to be comfortable. Afterwards given a full explanation of findings both verbally and printed. A welcome cup of coffee and biscuits whilst recovering. Husband was fetched from waiting room and they went through the findings again. Thankfully everything ok. Left the hospital about 2 hours after arrival. Many thanks to all the staff there.
