(as a parent/guardian),

I recently received excellent support, advice and service for my son who was unwell at Stewarton Medical practice. The reception staff were understanding and helpful and I was able to discuss my concerns with the GP and felt listened to and my child was seen quickly.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback and experience with Stewarton Medical Practice. I'm sorry to hear that your son was unwell and I appreciate this would have been a worrying time for you.

I'm really pleased to hear of the positive support and care you and your son received from the GP practice and I will ensure this is shared with the practice team. Our primary care colleagues always welcome feedback from their patients and I'm sure they will be delighted to receive such positive comments.
