About: Let's Talk Well Being Nottingham and Nottinghamshire

(as a service user),

I was suffering from anxiety and depression due to issues related to facing older age. I was supported by Steve, who acted as my counsellor over a period of ten weeks. He was kind and understanding and help me find ways to look at the world differently and be kinder to myself.
