"Horrendous Surgery, utter Joke"

I have been registered at Yoxall for over 40 years, yesterday I started the procedure the move. It used to be a lovely friendly place that you would call, speak to a polite receptionist, who would book you an appointment. You would then see a doctor who would listen to you and then diagnose and treat. The pharmacy staff would then politely give you any prescription and away you went.

Now, and for the last number of years, it seems it is a requirement for all staff to leave any hint of politeness, nicety and manners in the car park. Most of the staff have the most appalling attitudes to people, regardless of age, condition etc. In the last year or so I have witnessed 3 people bullied to tears for just trying to pick up a prescription!! And a doctor who doesn't document the reasons you are there is dangerous full stop.

Savey Lane GPs now have a terrible reputation and it is thoroughly deserved. One chat with Abbots surgery and I'm already sure I've made the best decision.
