"No response from phone call"

we apologise that this situation arose and for the obvious anxiety and distress it has caused you. Managing your healthcare needs, and providing you with the best care and services are extremely important to me and my colleagues here at Temple Fortune Medical Group.

I would like to inform you that we have recently updated our telephone system as recommended by many practices across the country. X-on surgery connects currently is the most reliable telephone service in primary care. To further understand and learn from this situation, we investigated this matter & we found an error in our telephone system which has been resolved.

I would also like to bring to your attention that we have a number of alternative ways of contacting the practice such as; Accurx Florey see the link to find more information: https://florey.accurx.com/p/E83622 We also provide online bookable appointments (next day appointments are released at 6:30 pm every day) to our patients who have signed up for online access, see a link to find more information: https://www.tfmg.org.uk/patient-access-index

There is also an Out of hours service available for patients from Monday - Friday between 06:30 - 21:00 at weekends & bank holidays between 08:00 - 20:00 see the link for more information: https://www.tfmg.org.uk/when-we-are-closed
