"All the staff/paramedics are excellent"

About: Craigavon Area Hospital / Trauma Ward Northern Ireland Ambulance Service / Emergency ambulance response

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I arrived here around 2 weeks ago via an ambulance. It took around 2 hours to come and the paramedics on scene were amazing. They made sure I was comfortable and stable before bringing me here. I spent a while in the emergency department then I was transported here. All the staff are excellent, they all operate at a very high standard. They are providing me with great updates every few hours. The food is very good, it is far better than I had expected, the variety seems very good too. The facilities are at a very good standard too very clean and accessible. I am also very comfortable here.
