"Urgent issues ignored at great expense"

About: King's College Hospital (Denmark Hill)

I suffer from Crohn's disease and have been seeing a consultant at King's. I am supposed to see a consultant regularly, but my most recent appointment and attempts to get more medication have been postponed at much personal expense. It is terrifying to have to rely on an unreliable institution to provide vital care, and attempts to get in contact have been met with bureaucracy and complications.

Additionally, the transfer from my original hospital to King's was also arduous and overly-complex, so the whole process has taken much of a toll on my mental, and as is the nature of Crohn's, physical health. I am uncertain how to proceed now as I absolutely cannot go without this medicine or this appointment but cannot seem to access anyone who can provide me with clarification on how I can currently do that.
