"Great experience with A&E & radiology"

About: Perth Royal Infirmary / Accident & Emergency

(as a parent/guardian),

I brought my 7 year old daughter to A&E recently (scheduled appointment made via NHS24) as she had a finger injury and we were querying whether this was broken.

Alison on reception was warm and friendly on our arrival. We were seen by Isla for triage within a few minutes. She was also lovely and put my daughter at ease.

We then saw Katrina who gave my daughter a thorough examination, all the while really engaging with her. X-rays were then arranged and we saw Anna in radiology, who was also lovely, putting my daughter at ease whilst positioning her for the x-rays. Ben from A&E took us round and brought us back to A&E where he strapped up her fingers - he was really friendly.

All in all we had a fantastic experience. Well done to everyone involved.
