About: Community Nursing Services / NNE Community Nursing

(as a relative),

my father past recently. he had dementia and could be difficult. he was visied every day and the nurses were alway friendly and always had a minute to check that both mum and dad were ok. they noticed mobility and incontinence issues and contacted their doctors. they also remembered recent conversations which is so important when they are the only visitors for days.

the nurses visited mum after dad past with a card.

Thank you for taking the time to provide some feedback, the community nursing team instantly knew who this was from and each and every one appreciates it so much.

We appreciate all feedback and are glad that the information and the card has been received well as this is something we've recently started to provide that little bit more.

Our best wishes are with you and your family
