Had an ERCP at the Endoscopy unit last week. This is not the first time I have had to undergo a procedure in this unit, but once again I can only submit my gratitude and thanks for the treatment received.
Since entering the unit until my departure, I was treated with respect, dignity and kindness. The staff kept me informed on everything that was happening throughout the day.
A big thank you to Dr Bryce and his team - could not fault any of the staff in this unit. You are all a credit to your profession and the NHS is lucky to have you.
