Poor communication, apparently there were medical staff ( we did try many times to talk to one) but most of our information was gleaned from the surrounding patients who listened to the doctors round as the nurses ( we assumed they were nurses) seemed intent on avoiding any contact with relatives. There was a lot of mask wearing which seemed to excuse staff cleaning hands and just wear gloves- though the porters did use the alcohol provided. The best was the cleaners, caterers and volunteers who were amazing in every way and kept my relative sane.
"Poor care and commication"
