I was homeless when I came to CGL and they have been great with me. I was transferred from one key worker to another. My second key worker was Helen and she is still working with me. In fact she has also supported my partner with any challenges she faces in supporting me. We both trust Helen alot and feel comfortable with her. 

I would like to point out how easy it was to have Hep C treatment. The tablets are so easy to take and there are no side effects.

My only challenge is travelling far to Stechford for my prescription. I have meetings in King's Heath and this area is near to me but still I cannot complain because everyone at CGL has been amazing to me and still are.

From reading about your experience with us, it seems like it's been a smooth and positive process which is great. I'm so glad you found Helen to be a supportive keyworker and yourself and your partner have been able to trust her throughout your support. That is amazing feedback, I'll make sure Helen is aware of the kind words you've mentioned and I'm positive she'll be very happy.

It's also great that you found the Hep-C treatment to be easy and straightforward. That is really encouraging to the people who may be unsure about getting this support.

Thank you for mentioning about the challenges you have faced with the travel, this is really relevant because we appreciate all kinds of feedback. I'm so happy that you found everyone at CGL to be amazing!
