After having spoken to triple 1 several times regarding my worsening condition and increasing level of pain, their ridiculous questions did not change at any point! They were more interested in whether I had a fever than the fact I'm actually in a great amount of pain!
They were NOT interested in my situation, just that they can answer more calls for their records...
Every call I made I was advised to seek further help from a pharmacist... I don't need meds, I need to see a specialist and be referred for an MRI scan.
Never felt so worthless in all my life!
Won't be wasting my time on 111 again!
