What could be improved
The obvious use of the 'clean hands policy''.
Uniform not to be worn to and from Hospital
Elimination of the feral pigeons,I realise that this is not an easy option, but to have visitors walking through Pigeon Poo deposited on the Hospital forecourt and hallway is not in my opinion conduciive to good hygiene practice.
