"An absolute treasure!"

About: General practices in Lanarkshire

(as a service user),

I had a small operation and ended up with an infection in my operation scar and I was in absolute agony after the procedure.  I had been referred to a private hospital for the operation, paid for by the NHS and there was absolutely no aftercare.

After calling the practice, I was treated that day by Nurse Campbell and she was absolutely amazing - compassionate, understanding and went above and beyond to help me.  After a few visits to the surgery and a visit to Wishaw General because of the pain, I am on the road to recovery.

I can't thank Nurse Campbell enough - you are an absolute treasure!

Dear An absolute treasure!

I am delighted to read your feedback via Care Opinion of the treatment you received from Nurse Campbell at your GP practice.

Unfortunately GP's are independent contractors therefore do not subscribe to Care Opinion but I would recommend you contact the Practice Manager to share your kind words who can share with the practice and Nurse Campbell directly.

Wishing you well for the future

Best wishes

Jean
