"my stay in hospital after fall"

About: Loane House

(as a service user),

I over balance in the garden while weeding, fell on my life side and fractured my pelvis and a bone at the bottom of the spine, and was unable to walk. Went to craigavon to be told of my injuries and transfered to loane. I have to say I have never had a more pleasant in hospital, the staff, their approach, manners and tolerance were above second to none. Everyone from domestics to consultants we’re most caring and nothing was ever a problem to them. I’m going tomorrow but if I was told I had to stay another month, I would have quite happy to do so. I don’t ever want to hear a bad word said about loane house or their staff. Good luck to everyone and thank you.
