"Excellent service"

Yesterday I had a nasty fall that led to a head injury, nose bleed and various scrapes. I attended A&E and was referred to the Urgent Treatment Centre. From being greeted at the entrance right through to being discharged I was impressed with the kindness and professionalism of the team. In particular the nurse who treated me was kind, gentle, reassuring and explained everything to me in an easy way. She answered all of my questions and it wasn't rushed. I was thoroughly examined and well looked after. Huge thanks to the whole team.
