About: New Victoria Hospital / X-rays and scans

(as a relative),

Just returned from X-ray department at New Victoria hospital and I wish to commend the excellent service my sister received. She is in a wheelchair and staff were so helpful, efficient and caring, She finds hospital  appointments stressful but was put at ease by the patient and friendly  attitude of staff. Please pass on our compliments to them.

In general  we have found dealing with this hospital a very positive experience. My sister has regular appointments at ENT and had an extended stay in geriatric ward last year and I cannot fault service and communication. Well done !
