"Prompt and helpful procedure"

I contacted NDDH as I had wax build up again in my ear. After previous surgery, my ear canal is somewhat narrower and wax tends to build up & not extradite itself. I was offered an appointment very quickly and seen by the lovely Emma. She explained the procedure both in advance & during the procedure and put me at ease from the start. All sorted very quickly and gave me excellent advice on future care. She kindly suggested I be seen more frequently as this is likely to be an ongoing thing. Thank you so much for everything.
