(as a parent/guardian),

I called 111 (around 9pm) when my son had been vomiting for about 48hrs and just couldn't keep anything down in his tummy.

A doctor called me back, reassured me this was likely to be a stomach bug and advised on what to do to keep him from getting dehydrated.
