"First visit to the dermatology clinic"

(as the patient),

I visited York Hospital for the first time to attend Dr Ellis's dermatology clinic.  I just wanted to say thank you to his lovely team for listening, taking great care to get all my details and taking my concern seriously. They were all delightful. The surgical nurses quickly put me at ease with their humour when i needed a punch biopsy on my face. Thanks again.
