About: Beatson West of Scotland Cancer Centre / Ward 8/9 BMTU

(as the patient),

I am feeling frustrated and exhausted having at the time of writing been sat in the waiting room for 3 hours. Ward b8/b9 waiting times are getting worse.  I don't enjoy complaining but I have to speak out as I find it incredible sometimes how long I and others at the Beatson have to wait. All I need are 2 simple injections that take 5 mins at the most to administer. My back and my femur have been destroyed by my disease and it becomes quite uncomfortable waiting in a chair for hours.
