My elderly husband was suffering from acute pain in his shoulder. We attended the hospital on the Bank Holiday and as we expected it was extremely busy. Following triage a nurse spoke to my husband to ensure that he was not suffering from a heart attack. After an acceptable wait he was given a thorough examination which confirmed our suspicion that he had badly strained his shoulder muscle. The shoulder was taped up and advice given re pain control. The member of staff could not have been more kind or thorough. We are so lucky having this facility in Teddington particularly when it is so difficult to even get through to the GP surgery let alone get an appointment to see anyone.
"Very impressed"
