"Impressed"

This was the first time i have visited Trowbridge Health Centre.

There was a short delay in waiting for the phone to be picked up but a phone call apppoint was made for later in the day.

When my phone rang it was very short and I could not accept the call quick enough so I phoned back with no reply.

I decided to visit the centre to tell them what happened and the receptionist was fantastic.

She phoned the doctor who agreed to see me then and there.

From my experiance I cannot fault the practice except maybe giving a little more time for someone to answer a call.
