"Care at ED"

About: University Hospital Wishaw / Emergency Department

(as a service user),

Receptionists often are tagged with being difficult - today the receptionist at ED was amazing - empathetic, able to understand my issues, & kind. I didn’t catch her name, but she deserves plaudits for her approach. From there, was attended to by Laura (physio), who was also able to meet all of my expectations through discussion and careful management. 

Treatment was timely, given the busy department, & efficient. Left with a sense of pride in my local hospital
