My son and I came into accident and emergency, it was busy and we had a 5 hour wait to be taken to daisy ward. My son got the nebuliser in accident and emergency as they were not happy with his oxygen levels. I knew it was going to be a wait as I could see 7/8 children in front of us.
Daisy ward is great, we love the privacy of the rooms and the en-suite.
The staff are lovely here, they constantly check on my son to make sure he is okay and that he is not too uncomfortable.
We have not had a bad experience, I am just emotional.
The only thing is the bed for parents, the pull out sofa really does not cut it if you are staying for longer than one night.
"The staff are lovely here"
