Hi there,
I had or still have a severe mental health diagnosis.
I liked that no one judged me and there were people listening to me.
I expect and give punctuality if someone is on leave I expect that the meeting to be cancelled or actually the service user informed if you can not attend it. This has happen multiple times.
Yes I recommend the following people, Mr Moses, Steve and Solan, and of course Dr Jafar for their dedication and reliability, but also the receptionist's who always been polite and customer focused.
Mr Moses bubbly and smiling character has always cheered me up and keep me going and his expertise in employment support is marvellous.
Mr. Steve, has made me aware that people are there to help you just need to reach out and made me realise my achievements as small as their were for me, it were big achievements for my young age of 21. And that a foot in the door is better than none.
There is no shame in being open about your MH but I do feel that you should not look for a psychologist or a therapist in your friends as they do not have the relevant skills and coping mechanism to deal with your problems. Or try to change them, or grow or to put unreasonable pressure on themselves.
Life is not always roses and pink but if you keep at it you will overcome any obstacle that comes your way. Be strong and keep at it.
Thank you for reading!
