"hats patient transport."

I have been a transport patient for many years at Croydon university hospital .I have used this service provided by different contractors. the drivers are fantastic .they would do the upmost for the patients. However, the same cannot be said about the controller today. we felt so uneasy by the way they were treating the drivers badly. They appeared really immature to talk down to them  like this in front of sick people. by no accounts is this acceptable by nowadays standards. I asked the ambulance driver who took me home for the controllers name, all I want is for the trust to acknowledge the good work these drivers do and to rid of these controllers where in my opinion the power gone to their head and its as if they are untouchable!
