I saw staff nurse Michelle today for my baseline scan. She was an absolute credit to the service and her profession. There are many staff within healthcare that are skilled and competent in their work however Michelle obviously has an innate ability in working with people, making me feel at ease while providing care which helped me understand what was going on. She was respectful and personable while maintaining a professional approach and I only hope that the rest of the staff team I come across are as warm, understanding and supportive during the rest of my journey.
