(as a service user),

Poppy (midwife) is possibly one of the most genuinely lovely people I have ever met. You can see there is actual empathy in her care and treatments. I went in to triage with concerns about breathing and she left no stone unturned. I’ve met her before and her care never changes. She treats you as if your the first person she’s ever seen and the only one she has to look after. Thank you Poppy!
