I would just like to give feedback for Jackie, Ania, and Nicky who made, what would be a horrible experience, a genuinely positive one. Although there was pain in my procedure (unavoidable) the ladies demonstrated true care, humour and patience towards me so that I felt really safe and comfortable. We were singing songs and laughing and it was such a warm and pleasant atmosphere. 

Thank you ladies for brightening up my day and helping me feel connected and safe.
