"My accident and subsequent treatment"

About: Northern Ireland Ambulance Service / Emergency ambulance response The Ulster Hospital / Short Stay Paediatric Assessment Unit (SSPAU)

(as the patient),

Had an accident in the house and was unable to move. Ambulance team Jessica & Martin,  picked me up and done a fantastic job getting me from my flat. They talked to me and reassuring me to take my mind off the pain. Upon arriving at the hospital ambulance worker Amanda was able to speak to someone and get me a bed and pain relief.

Dear Wilrn33

Thank you for sharing your valued feedback regarding the care provided by NIAS staff. It was so reassuring to hear about the kindness and professionalism of the individuals involved. I hope you are recovering from your accident and I would like to share your feedback with Jessica, Martin and Amanda. In order to do so I would just need a few more details about the time, date and location of the call. If you would like to provide more details please contact me directly at neil.gillan@nias.hscni.net.

Best wishes

Neil
