What I liked:

I had knee surgery last week and I was mightly impressed with the efficiency,the courtesy of the staff,and quite overawed by the spotless environment.I would have happily eaten my food off the floor if I had dropped it.

Nothing was too much trouble..

Having worked myself in the NHS for 24 years,trained in the same Trust and worked over the past 6 years for the same Trust it was a most pleasurable experience to become a patient for a change.

I just can't quite see why Haslar has to close....

What could be improved? Don't change anything...

Instead channel more work from QA to relieve the congestion there..
