About: Inclusion Isle of Wight

(as a service user),

I find inclusion services extremely inclusive & all-encompasing.

I find groups & activities are easy to engage with.

I find inclusion groups & services are cathartic - a form of release from any troubles  I am experiencing in my day-to-day life.

Inclusion staff are friendly, approachable & many of them have lived experience, hence come from a place of understanding when discussing recovery journey, issues & active addiction.

Inclusion services make me feel involved, & actually help me with my addiction issues.

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us some feedback with regards to your treatment journey with us, were really pleased to hear it is that of a positive one and it’s great to here you are benefiting from some of our many groups, these really do help with peer support and giving people the tools to enable them to build a good recovery foundation and explore all types of recovery programs. It’s great to hear that you feel involved and that you are feeling supported and should you have any ideas we also have a “your voice” feedback group where you would be welcome to attend and feedback with any ideas on how we could improve our service or any ideas around groups we could offer in the future, we also have a wonderful team of Service user representatives and volunteers should you have any spare time and wish to get involved you would be more than welcome to come and get involved, thanks again for your feedback and I will share this with our team,
