As my mums health deteriorated towards the end of 2021 the community care team started visiting her. As her condition worsened we saw more of the DN's who were constantly assessing her needs and planning the next phase of her care. Everything was in place well in advance of her reading it, so there was no stress or urgancy to any of the changes required.

Every member of the DN team was extremely friendly, professional and informative. They also showed concern for my elderly dad and myself and asked if we needed support. In her last days the DN's came out whenever necessary and very promptly which was very reassuring.

I have only praise for this 'community care team' We really could not have asked for more, Thank- You.

Thank you for taking the time to send through your experience of the Rushcliffe DN team.

As a DN service we strive to provide excellent palliative care for our patients, relatives and carers so it really is great to hear your positive feedback and that all your families needs were attended too by the DN team.
