"compassionate and kind staff"

About: University Hospital Wishaw / Pre Operative Assessment

(as a service user),

Surgical assessment ward has the nicest staff I think I have ever met in a hospital.  They deal with a huge variety of patients referred by GP’s and they are so friendly, kind and compassionate and an absolute credit to the hospital!  Paul in this ward is an absolute Angel, not just with my care but with others in the ward, so patient and caring.  Thanks for taking care of me while I was in.

Dear DF

Thank you for taking the time to feedback to us about your recent encounter within our Surgical Ambulatory Care Unit here at University Hospital Wishaw.

It is always lovely to hear such positive feedback about our teams and it makes it even more special when individual staff are recognised. It really does lift morale for the whole team.

I have already fed back your comments to the team and they are absolutely delighted.

I hope you are keeping well and should you ever require to use our services again, I hope you have an equally positive experience.

With kindest regards

Kim Brown
