2 weeks and still they have been unable to produce the medical certificate for a family trying to say goodbye to a loved one. 3 death registrar appointments cancelled as the promised certificate is yet to emerge. 2 weeks of not getting closure, upset and excuses.
No respect for the elderly or the dead, let alone the family who are grieving.
