About: New Victoria Hospital / Dermatology

(as a service user),

I had a follow up appointment today in Dermatology at the New Victoria Hospital due to ongoing issues with severe eczema. I was seen by a doctor who was attentive, offered options and then explained them in a way that was understandable.

I left with new treatment options and felt as if she’d taken time to understand my complex medical history. I felt like an individual rather than a number.
