We have just hung up on a lovely consultation with Dr Williamson, from NHSG Community Child Health. She was kind, professional and completely centred our son and his needs throughout the consultation, while asking us all the relevant questions to review him appropriately. 

Our son was given a voice, and his opinion valued throughout. 

This was a brilliant health interaction for him. We are hugely grateful for the respect, time, and understanding shown towards us as a family, but mainly towards our son.

It's lovely to hear you had such a positive experience and that your son's voice was at the center of the consultation. We all know how important true child and family centered care is, and it's great to hear that this was your experience.
