I dread having to contact the surgery. You dial and dial and it's engaged.;If you get through itis a wiating to speak list. I have hung on to that until the end of the contact time and not got through to a person. If you do you have to tell the reception the problem. I needed test result and advice on meds for that problem and was told speak to surgery pharmacist. It was a medical thing. Would have then had to make appointment to speak to GP. Did insist on GP and given phone appointment. Only been in 2021,once since 2019, when I had several falls. Saw locum Dr, usually an A&E Dr, not in house one. He had to check back on treatment plan with senior. Had another problem treated via phone call and photo texted 18mths ago but is still on-going and self-treated and will eventually go to A&E rather than try GP again. Needs to be seen.
