"Spring booster covid jab rollout NHS Fife"

About: NHS Fife / COVID-19 Vaccination Service

(as the patient),

I am raging. So I am an immunosuppressed patient who has been sent the wrong invite letter.

I then got a call from the Covid helpline to say I should still go to the appointment time/date on the letter and it would be for Spring Booster and not another Winter Booster as it stated.

So I am just back from St Andrews Community Hospital, but I wasn't given the jab as I was told I was invited too early. I told them it was over 26wks since I had my Winter Covid Jab but what they meant was that NHS Fife are still only doing over 75s and severely immunosuppressed invites at the moment. I now have to wait until I get sent another blue invite as a lupus patient, classed as just at risk as on hydroxy, when they get round to that cohort. I find this farcical.
