"Terrible wait times and no care given"

Waited with a broken foot for 6 hours before being seen on a Wednesday evening. Got told an x-ray was a 2-4 hour wait on top of the 6 hours I'd already sat there. Was offered no pain relief and pretty much felt like I'd been forgotten about. I'd have to be dying for me to go there again I'd much rather take the drive to addenbrookes in the future. I'll never come back to west Suffolk hospital it's one of the worst I've ever visited.
