About: Coathill Hospital

(as a service user),

I had an appointment today for a coil change at Glenalmond clinic and my experience was great from start to finish. From the women at reception who checked me in, the friendly chat of the nurse when I waited. The doctor, Elaine, was fantastic, helped me make an informed decision, eased my nerves and was just so helpful. The csw who assisted (who’s name I cannot remember sorry) was lovely. Thanks to everyone!
