"My lost blood samples"

About: General practices in Greater Glasgow & Clyde

(as a service user),

I had 3 tubes of blood samples taken at my local health centre at 9:20 on the 11th April. When I went to the surgery to see the nurse this morning, 20th April, the nurse checked and there is no record of my blood samples. I don’t know what happened after my blood was taken. I’m a patient, and the NHS didn’t take care of patient’s samples - I feel that is terrible.
