Had a very good experience at this community hospital. I needed to come in during a bank holiday for a urine test, and the male nurse I saw was absolutely excellent - he treated me with dignity and respect, was highly knowledgeable, and gave me choice and control over my options for further treatment and/or testing. I felt listened to, respected, and in control. Excellent quality care!
