My Care has not just been good it has been absolutely excellent so far.
The staff are some of the nicest and caring individuals that I have had the pleasure of come into contact with. They always are there to give me attention and even little things such as checking in once an hour have made all the difference to my care and have made the whole process of my care that much easier.
The ward up here is also so relaxing and such an easy environment to be in. I have a lovely garden outside me, a private room and my own to. It feels very rehabilitative and there was even music on earlier which calmed me down a lot. The food was a lot better than expected and I found myself enjoying the amount I got to eat.
The doctors are just as exceptional as the nurses and were great in explaining the wrist surgery which had previously had treatment which didn’t work. In surgery the anaesthetist was brilliant and was so reassuring making the process a lot easier. The surgery itself went very well and the recovery ward was very calming and just what I needed after the surgery.
The nurses Ashley and Irene have been exceptional and I am very grateful for their treatment of me. I am awaiting discharge this evening which is something I am excited for me.
"Care that is excellent"
